Add a rental item to an existing reservation

1. Click the Reservations module.
2. Double click a reservation. 
3. Click Rental products.

4. Click the + icon to add a rental item. If there are multiple clients in the reservation, click on the client to select them.

5. Choose the rental item to add and specify the quantity.

6. Click Save.

   • A small label appears on the schedule when there is a rental item assigned to a player.

7. Click on the label to display the rental item. 

Add a rental item to a new reservation

1. Click the Reservations module.
2. Click a reservation. 
3. Click the pencil icon to enter the reservation.
4. Add the player in the search bar.
5. Click Rental Items.

6. Click the + icon to add a rental item. If there are multiple clients in the reservation, select the client by clicking on them.

7. Choose the rental item to add and specify the quantity.

8. Click Save.

   • A small bubble appears on the schedule when there is a rental item assigned to the player.

9. Click the bubble to display the rental item.
   • NOTE: Based on items already reserved, the availability of rental items can be seen throughout the day.
10. Click the label to view the availability status of rental items.
