1. Add a Change in Availability of a Rental Item

Click on Maintenance in the Reservation module

Click on Rental Products Availability

Select the item for which you want to change the availability

Click on Add Availability Change

Check the items to be made unavailable in the Rental Items Unavailable dropdown menu.
Note: The available stock adjusts automatically once the items are selected.

Add a comment

Select the period for the change in availability

Check Yes if the change should be effective all day (if No, choose the time interval)

Click on Add
The availability change has been recorded.
2. Modify a Change in Availability of a Rental Item

Click on Maintenance in the Reservation module

Click on Rental Items Availability
-
Select the item for which you want to change the availability

Click on the pencil icon to make the modification
-
Make the modification
-
Click on Save
The modification is done.
3. Delete a Change in Availability of a Rental Item

Click on Maintenance in the Reservation module
-
Click on Rental Items Availability
-
Select the item for which you want to delete the availability change
-
Click on the cross icon at the end of the line
- Click on OK to confirm the deletion
The availability change is deleted.
