1. Click on the Comms & Docs module
2. Click on SMS
3. Click on Send SMS
4. Check the box for the client(s) to whom you want to send an SMS (it is possible to check multiple clients)
5. Click on Next
6. Click on the SMS template to send (create a new template by clicking on Create New)
7. Click on Next
8. Click on Send SMS
9. Click on Exit

The SMS is sent.

NOTE:

• There is no limit or count for the number of characters.
• 1 SMS = 160 characters.
• Beyond that, an additional SMS is charged for every 160-character increment.
