This article explains how to create a custom export of customer data from the CRM. You will learn how to apply filters, select the fields to include, and generate a .csv file for further use. This is useful for generating reports or working with specific subsets of customer data, such as member players.
1. Go to the CRM
Open the CRM module.
Click on Export.
Create a new export template.
Add a name for your export.
2. Apply a Filter
Click on the small magnifying glass to set a filter for customer selection.
Either create a new filter or use an existing one.
This example demonstrates creating a new filter.
Once the filter is set and the export is named, you can select the included columns.
Each field you select will correspond to a column in your exported file.
3. Select the Fields
Choose the desired fields for your table (e.g., first name, last name, email address).
Locate the fields in column 1 and click on them to move them to column 2.
4. Create the Export
Click on Export.
Save the export.
Your .csv file will be available in your downloads folder.
5. Result
The exported file will include the filtered customers and the selected fields, and it is ready for use in reports, spreadsheets, or other systems.
