1. Click the Customer Management module.
2. Click Details at the end of the line of the client to modify.
3. Click the ellipsis (...).
4. Click Customer Management.
5. Click Modify Customer Type.
6. Select the customer type and sub-type.
7. Click Next: Change Parameters.
8. Enter a reason (Optional).
9. Specify the date of the change (enter today's date if the change is immediate).
- You can schedule a change by entering a future date, and the change will be effective on the specified date.
10. Click Next.
11. Select the options of your choice.
12. Click Next.
- For a member subtype, select Yes if you want to directly assign the default subscription configured for the client type/subtype.
13. Select the date for the new subscription.
14. Click Finish.
The change is made.
