1. Creating a subscription
- Click on the Customer Management module.

Choose the client.
-
Click on Finance.

Click on Subscriptions.

Click on Add Custom subscription.
A window will open where you need to fill in the indicated fields.

Choose the subscription to add.

Choose the quantity.
-
Choose the subscription price (defaults but can be modified).

Choose the billing frequency.

Choose the renewal date.
-
Choose the subscription expiration date (if renewed annually, no limit needed).

Click the billing frequency.
The created subscription will appear.
2. Modifying a subscription

Click on the Customer Management module.

Choose the client.
-
Click on Finance.

Click on Subscriptions.

Click on the small pencil icon on the subscription line to modify.
A window will open with the subscription settings.

Modify the parameter of your choice (for example, edit the article).

Click on Save.
The modification will be applied.
3. Deleting a subscription
- Click on the Customer Management module.

Choose the client.
-
Click on Finance.
-
Click on Subscriptions.
-
Click on the cross icon on the subscription line to delete.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion of the subscription.
The subscription will be deleted.
