1. Click on the Customer Management module.
2. Choose the client.

3. Click on Finance.

4. Click on Accounts.

5. Click on ...

6. Click on Cancel Payment.

7. Click on the payment to cancel.

8. Click Ok.

9. Provide the cancellation reason.

10. Click Ok.

The payment is cancelled.
